Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Grand Valley Quail Pet Treats Inc. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our process and expectations regarding order delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, depending on your location. 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within Canada with one of our preferred courier partners (UPS, Purolator, CanPar). P.O Box addresses are sent via Canada Post.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at grandvalleyquail@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
